Smoked salmon
Finally done with what-to-dos.

I woke up early to my surprise. So if that is the case, then I'd be expected to wake up late tomorrow.

PE was, blah. I didn't play since I already lost in 2 games so I found myself cramming for the Chem quiz and talking to Ma'am Pags and Katya. Chem was fine since the quiz was moved to Monday and we used the whole 2 periods for our lab activity. Also, the lab report is due Friday next week so I have lots of time to procrastinate and cram. Health was fun since they fed us chocolates! They said it could relieve stress but, could it relieve eyebags and dark circles under the eyes? Hahaha. Also, we took this emotional maturity test and I scored quite good. I mean, I'm not super emotionally mature but I am most of the time. But, I do have to improve on some aspects though. I agree to that since I tend to be childish and I don't like thinking like an adult. I'm a teenager for crying out loud. I need to have fun while I'm at it. In two years, I'd be all alone in Manila for college (hopefully). Anyway, after that was a super long quiz in Math and I hope I get a good score this time. Then we watched this super boring documentary in Socsci. It was Ma'am Wing who told us that it was boring so she pretty much allowed us to sleep if ever we got bored. I slept, I think.. Haha. After that was Research class. We finally had our consultation period with Ma'am Daryl and hopefully by tomorrow, we could finish what we have to finish.

After that, I played some detective game with Niña on Kestle's laptop and played volleyball with Barbie, Abbey, Ritz, Tame and Chelo to kill time. Ah, some exercise. I need it real bad. I don't like that sluggish feeling when I don't get to exercise. Great, Friday tomorrow! Badminton on Saturday!

----------

This just in. My aunt from Canada called my dad and she said that she's visiting us here from January 20 or 21 up to February 7, and she's bringing my cousins and my other aunt. This is gonna be really fun since the last time I saw my 2 aunts and my cousins was last, 1997? Not sure about that but I'm sure the last time I saw them was my last visit to Canada. I'm really excited since I get to hang out with my cousins and there's only three of us. The other two are siblings and are both 20+ years old. I remember my cousin commenting me on Myspace that she really wants to see me since the last time she saw me, I was 5 years old. So, weird. I wonder if they're gonna recognize me when they see me again.

The weird part? They're gonna leave on my prom night. I don't know what to say next. Lol.

----------

What the buck did I eat today?

Breakfast - beef with rice
Recess - two apples
Lunch - fish with red rice
Recess - ham sandwich

I ate a lot today since I was tired. Time to cut off the calories tomorrow, if I could.

Nothing to do
Right now, I don't know what to do.

I think I've gained better focus today compared to yesterday. Well, I woke up with a pretty bad start and I ended up eating a Kopi Bun for breakfast while on the run. Bio was the usual. Filipino was whack since Ma'am Ines made us sing that poem that we made. We didn't get a good grade but, Angel and I didn't really mind it. Hahaha. The quiz in Physics was real easy. Socsci was interesting since we talked about business stuff and all. Chem was dragging the life out of me. I prefer calculating things rather than the concepts and the like. I don't like talking about laws, principles, stuff like that. But that's reality, we cannot escape it. Math was fun since I thought proving trigo functions involved proving Geometry style. It only required algebraic proof so it was okay. English was, so so. The usual I guess. English speaking rule and all.

After the last class, Ma'am Sarah made us repeat our teacher evaluation for one teacher. I guess I don't need to elaborate on that one though. Then after that, I just hung around the classroom while walling using the pingpong ball. Got to chat with Grace and Ritz as well and I promised to teach them how to play badminton. Hahaha that would be fun! I could make a living out of it. Lmao I'm kidding. Then after school, I rode with the carpool and got down at Assumption.

Now that I'm sitting infront of the PC, I'm having second thoughts on whether to revise my RRL or not. I revised some parts already but I think I'll have to consult Ma'am Daryl first for added guidance. I'm not really confident in making the RRL after getting that 10/20. I admit I didn't have the checklist/guidelines with me so I'm gonna get myself a copy of that and uhm, work on my RRL. Just got to chat with Ma'am Daryl recently and she said that I could consult her tomorrow during Research period. We intend to finish it off by tomorrow since Friday is our VEP. Sometimes I with the VEP is like, optional. I mean, us Juniors NEED to finish our research work. I don't want to spend my weekend thinking about my studies and all. I only have 2 out of 7 days to relax. Or, let's make it 1 day out of 7 since Sunday is cramming day.

So if we intend to do it on Saturday.. Hopefully we'd just be doing the final compilation, the preliminaries, appendices and table of contents. That way, we'd just have to print it. Easy as that. Problem is how to fix the page numbers. Ohmygash.

I ran into Ma'am Tenchavez a while ago and she asked me why I don't like my name and why I don't like being called 'Mary Clare' or, 'Clare'.

Let me ask you this. Do I look like a 'Clare' to you? The answer is obviously no.

The reason why I was named Mary Clare is because in 1992, the statue of Our Lady of Akita came from Japan and my mom prayed to her for a child. Also, my parents prayed for a child to Saint Clare. Their prayers were answered and boom, they had me. I guess the name 'Mary Clare' is okay as long as people know me as MACEY. I get a lot of comments like, "Mary Clare is a lovely name!" and I'm like, "Yeah but it doesn't suit me". And people make fun of me since the Filipino translation of Mary Clare is Maria Clara, who is like, the perfect Filipina. Prayerful, pretty, comes from a rich family, has a hot boyfriend (I know Crisostomo Ibarra wasn't intended to be 'hot' since he lived during the Spanish era but for exaggeration's sake, he's 'hot'), etc etc etc. I do pray but I don't come from a rich family nor do I have a hot boyfriend. And errr, me ain't pretty. Hahaha. Oh, did I mention that Maria Clara's super ladylike? Wow. I'm, so, far, out.

So people send me text messages like, "Oi Maria Clara.. Naunsa naka diha?", or "Pssst Mary Clare, asa na ka run?". WHATEVER. Call me Mary Clare or I'll hex ya. Nah, I'll just be, cringing.

The only person who can call me Mary Clare is my dad. And he only calls me that when he's angry.

----------

What did I eat today..

Breakfast - Kopi Bun
Recess - Apple
Socsci period - Brownie
Lunch - Chicken with red rice
Recess - Apple
Dismissal - Juice, balut and Piattos
Dinner - Bread and goat cheese

I WANT MORE APPLES!

In business, a franchise only makes money in its first few months to make it look like it's making a lot of money. But after that, sales go low. I'll keep that in mind.

Why I was gone
The last time I blogged was Saturday. Ironically speaking, weekends are allotted for resting and NOT for doing this and that. Unfortunately, the weekend was hectic. Okay, let's make it the long weekend. I'll just summarized what the freaking hell happened to me when I was gone.

Sunday:

Went to the beach since my mom asked my dad and I to come with her. It was some picnic in some cancer support group that my mom joined (to those who are curious, my mom just finished chemo last january. stage 2C ovarian cancer. she's okay now, fortunately). After that, I went to SM to buy my copy of Breaking Dawn. Then we went home and I forgot what I did next. Hahahaha.

Monday:

FUN FUN FUN! Double the fun actually. I played badminton in the morning with Darlene, Hannah, Jp, Ate Danica, Joey and Robien. Some kid named Iggy Boy (WHO IS EFFING CUTE BTW. RIGHT HANNAH?!?! hahaha) celebrated his 3rd birthday so everyone brought food. My part was to bring adobo and I'm glad they said it tasted good. Dar's mom even threatened me that she won't let me play with them if the adobo didn't taste good (hahaha just for laughs). Lmaaaao. But anyway, I ate quite a lot and I ended up playing with a full stomach. It felt, weird. And after playing, I went to GMall to meet Mariel and JB so that we could do our RRL. So we did our RRL and it was productive, honestly. At least we got somewhere. When they were about to leave the house, Mariel bugged me to go to the mall with them so that we could find references since most of our references were books. But actually, Mariel really wanted to buy a copy of New Moon. See? The Twilight fever has spread like an epidemic. Anyway, I went home after that. By the way, we saw Ma'am Wing and Ma'am Nolasco somewhere near the overpass. Hahahaha. Then I went home, sweet home and finished the RRL like a mad pig. So to Mariel, welcome to the coven! TEAM JACOB PWNS.

Tuesday:

Okay that's today. We gave Ma'am Mendoza her birthday card and some stuff, had a quiz in Math and Bio, passed the RRL (1.00 in time yo!), had a meeting in the SG and I read more Breaking Dawn. I'm currently in Chapter 8 or 9. Hahaha. After that, I got down at Kopi Roti and headed to Victoria to photocopy something.

Okay. That photocopy trip pissed the freaking hell out of me. I first went to Penhaus since it was in the first floor and I was too lazy to walk to Philcopy. So I went there and asked the dude in charge if I could have some pages in my book photocopied. And the dude said, "Books aren't allowed to be photocopied since the machine's lid couldn't close." Aside from the stupidly lame excuse, he was arrogant and rude. I was about to verbally assault him but I changed my mind since I was wearing my school uniform. So instead, I bitched around a bit, turned around and rolled my eyes and I called him an asshole.

The next part was kinda, annoying too. I went to Philcopy and yeah they were close but there were people inside. So I went in and asked if I could have a few pages photocopied. The saleslady said they were closed so I pleaded since I was highly desperate. Then the saleslady turned into an ultimate bitch machine when she asked me how many pages and she was like, "walang labis walang kulang?" in a super mega annoyingly bitchy tone. But yeah, she was nice enough to let me photocopy since it was just around 3 pages.

So to the bitchy saleslady, thanks for allowing me to have my book photocopied. To the dude at Penhaus, I WISH YOU LOSE YOUR JOB YOU F***ING JACKA**!

It sucks that people piss you off when you're already pissed off and tired. Gah, daaaarn.

Time for homework. I'll write something more substantial when I have something great to share.

Nesvitaaaaaaa
Thank God it's Friday! Finally. Some time to rest and relax. And relaxation means staying up late to blog and work on my story. Ironically, Fridays are supposed to be what I call "cool down" days but if you're someone like me, it isn't. Apparently, we have our RRL drafts to work on and the deadline for a 1.00 is on Tuesday. So far, I got to make around 1/3 of our RRL draft in the Comlab and Mariel and Jb are coming over to my house on Monday to have the other stuff done. It's good that I found some good references online concerning the location theory and the history of the rice crisis in the Philippines (which could make our RRL really, really long. hahaha). So yeah. I'll forget about my RRL for now and work on with my story. Har, har, har.

I didn't get to blog yesterday since I was too busy looking for more references and I had to study Bio. But as usual, I ended up doing the Bio thing right before Bio itself. It's a good thing that I had a lot of time to read a while ago. The down side is I had to carry that super duper heavy book. It's turning me into a hunchback, really. Anyway, it's okay. I only bring it when I need to cram reading assignments.

After class, I went to SM to meet my dad. We went to the grocery and bought some stuff. I went to NBS to see if there was Breaking Dawn already but, NOOO. There ain't any. And then after SM, we passed by Landco to buy some durian. Speaking of durians, it's already Kadayawan! Yaaaaay the durians are getting cheaper! And tomorrow's the FTC cup. So, goodluck to Joey and Robien who will be playing tomorrow. Hahaha. And yeah, I'll be training tomorrow. The tournament's on the 23rd already. Hannah and I really, really need to practice harder.

Now for some good news and bad news.

BAD NEWS: It's possible that we won't be having a prom this year.

Why? It's because each junior has to pay PhP1000. So far, Ma'am Mendoza gave us letters to survey if our parents are willing to pay. As for me, my parents are willing to pay. Ma'am Mendoza also said that if majority of the parents are willing to pay (I HOPE THIS HAPPENS), the Mancom will then decide to have a prom or not. Honestly speaking, I want to go to the prom even if I'm not thin yet and I don't want to wear a gown. Simply for experience. Your high school life is NEVER COMPLETE without your JS Prom. It only happens twice in your life so, cherish it. They said that our prom will be at the grand ballroom of Apo View and I think the food's buffet. Okay, we don't need a buffet since all of us will be dancing anyway. Why don't they just give us like a plate with fries and a burger? I guess that's enough. The prom's ain't about the food anyway. Hahahaha. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed though. GAAAAAH. =))

GOOD NEWS: New earphones! HAHAHAHA.

Now, the one I bought has a case! A better way to take care of my earphones. Hahaha. My dad's betting it will last for only 10 days. Gaaaah I will make it last for 6 months! Lmaaaao.
