A matter of time
THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY!!! But it doesn't really make a difference since madaming kailangan gawin over the weekend. Ang kailangan ko matapos is yung draft ng Chapter 1 sa Research, Chem lab report, magmemorize ng Like The Molave for English, i-computype ang composition sa Filipino, at marami pang iba na siguro sa Monday ko pa malalaman. Nakakapagod talaga ang araw na ito dahil sunod-sunod ang mga sinasagutan na quiz, exercise, etc etc etc.
Let's start with Math. The lesson isn't that hard kase we had an exercise lang. Problem is, it was quite long so it was kinda tiring to the brain. Hahaha my neurons are strained. Boooo. After that was Filipino. We had a quiz on how to revise some composition in all ways. Like, fix all the words with wrong spelling, wrong grammar, revise other stuff, you get the point. I didn't have a hard time since I grew up speaking Tagalog (people actually ask me to translate stuff into Tagalog.. haha. it's fun anyway). I'm starting to have a feeling that my grades in Filipino will be better if the lesson would be composition. Hahaha I suck at grammar. English grammar is waaay easier. It's easier to read in English as well! DIBAAAA? Obvious naman eh. Lol. Anyway, after Filipino was Physics. The quiz was suuuuuper easy. Tapos yung lesson after was just a review of our lessons in 2nd year. After that was Statistics. The quiz was also okay. Kailangan lang talaga mag-isip nang mabuti at maging careful. Akala ko computations ang quiz yun pala halos objective type na siya. Nagmemorize pa talaga ako ng formula. Wth. =)) Buti nalang after the quiz, we got dismissed early and after Stat was a vacant period so I had early lunch.
Eating lunch without Angel feels weird. Hahaha. Absent si Gel today and I don't know why. Nasanay na kase ako na kasabay si Angel and Grace maglunch sa classroom. After eating, I brushed my teeth (as usual. dapat naman talaga diba? haha). May nagsabi na mag quiz sa Bio pero actually, WALA PALA. Whateverrrrrrr. =))
During Bio, as I said walang quiz. Yehey. Tapos naaliw ako sa lesson today kase masyado madaming HOTS (high on thinking skills) na terms. Muntik nga lang ako antukin nung Bio dahil masarap ang baon ko nung lunch at medyo malamig ang panahon. Obviously, napakasarap matulog, diba? Anyway, we discussed about the light independent reaction. It's more interesting than the light dependent reaction kase it has more organic molecules and reactions and other stuff. Hahaha. Nerd much? O sige. Eto ha. Akala niyo NADPH (nicotinomide adenosine dinucleotide phosphate) lang ang meron? THINK AGAIN!

After the VEP, all of use went out and got to watch the Freshies have their VEP in the quadrangle. Naglaro sila nung game na kailangan tumakbo and stuff BUT Chesmar and Ian G weren't running. Boohoo. Nakakatawa yung part na when Ian G ran but pumunta sa kabilang side yung nanghahabol na mga tao. Hayyy, memories of Val Ed. Puro games talaga na hindi ko rin alam bakit may games pag Val Ed. Hahaha.
And a while ago during breakfast, my dad was drinking Fit n Right. And he talked to me about losing weight. Okaaay? Hahaha.
Who wants to be one anyway? Nosebleed kaya ang Physics. =))

After Bio class, may Values Enrichment Program pala kami. As usual, I expected it to be boring but it wasn't that boring pala. Hehehe. I got to get some really "intriguing" quotes such as 'Death is the great equalizer' and 'You will not have even a single cent beyond the grave'. But the best one is, 'YOU DON'T WORK, YOU DON'T EAT'. Totoo naman ehhhh. And yup, I took pictures again. Especially for my blog. XD

I mean, alam naman natin ang sinabi nilang July 18 (which is apparently, today) na earthquake? So while waiting for the "earthquake", ayun. Picture picture. Sinusulit ang mga nalalabing mga sandali dito sa lupa. Charoot. XD Sorry if the pics don't really have good quality. I mean, I just use a 2 megapix camera phone. Sucks right? Lol.
After "waiting" for the earthquake, WALA PALANG EARTHQUAKE. It's just a hoax. Tama pala si Chris. Hehehe. Nakakainis nga kanina na-low batt cellphone ko kaya I didn't take much pics. Buti nalang pareho kami ng battery ni Jp so I borrowed his battery. Thanks Jp! So after camwhoring, we left school, I went down at Assumption and walked to Holiday Spa since my parents told me to wait there. Out of boredom, I finally finished my draft of Chapter 1 for Research. I didn't make it as complicated and I still have to encode it sa MS Word then I'll revise. Hahaha random thought lang. I think that a lot of good ideas come out of my mind when the color of the pen I use is really nice. Like when I was making my draft for Research, I used my purple pentel pen and I got to write down a lot of stuff. Teehee. Anyway, I saw Grandpa Mitch too and he told me na sasama siya sa bday celebration ni Hannah tomorrow at Pizza Hut. Yay! After that, my parents fetched me, went to bring the laundry, and went home. I had chicken pie for dinner again. Masarap man ang chicken pie ng Goldilocks eh. Paspas kaayo mahurot sa mga store ba. Hehehe. And now I'm blogging. And drinking Fit n Right.

I'm currently reading The Zahir by Paulo Coelho. I noticed that in Coelho's books, the start is usually boring, the middle part is fun to read, and the end part is super unperdictable. Like in Veronika Decides To Die. I thought that Veronika would die talaga yun pala ginawa siyang guinea pig sa experiment ni Dr. Igor. Nagulat nga ako sa ending eh. Hehehe. But really, Coelho's books are really good. I have 11 books all in all. I need to more to complete the collection. Wala pa kase ang Twilight. BOOOOO. T_T
I'll post random pics again. Masanay na kayo. Hehehe.

Victoria's Secret na Chanel
TODAY WAS GREAT. Buong Sodium nagpakavain. Hahaha. We all know na napunta sa Sodium ang mga maiingay diba? Well, here's what a normal day in 3-Sodium looks like. Ang Edward and Bella of Sodium. :))Okay lang ang subjects today. First was Bio. May quiz kami about organic molecules and stuff. Surprisingly, I found the quiz easy and I didn't fall asleep during Bio. Di na ako mabuking ni Winona nito. HAHAHA. After that was Filipino and Ma'am Ines made us revise our composition once more and have it computyped to be submitted on Monday. Okay lang kay madali lang man. Then during Physics, Sir Noel just posted some problems on the board, made Niña write the solution on the board and kami naman, nagpakavain. Yang pics sa taas were taken during Physics time. After that was Socsci. I found the lesson interesting kase may Aztecs and Mayans. Naalala ko tuloy yung computer game na nilalaro ko dati. It's name is Where In Time is Carmen Sandiego? Nakakatuwa siyang laruin kase you get to go back in time kuno and umabot pa nga ako sa 17th level nun (18 levels all in all). Nasa time na ata yun ni Thomas Edison. I wonder where my CD went. Anyway, after that was Chem. Finally after a year or so, saka ko lang nagets talaga ang limiting reagents. Ang loser ko talaga, as in. Hahaha. During Math, the lesson was okay. It wasn't that hard to comprehend. Lingaw yung graphs kase kailangan daw smooth yung curves sa graph. And finally, English. HAHA LINGAW ANG ENGLISH BAI. We had a lesson on coherence in writing and we were made to write a story where magsulat kami ng isang sentence tapos dudugtungan ng next, so on and so forth. Nakakatawa yung isang story na ang starting is 'Love sucks' pero in the end, it was something positive about love. Ang laboooooo. Hahaha.
After classes, we had a batch meeting regarding the prom. We had to think of a good prom theme by that afternoon kase kung wala, nako Filipiniana ang aming theme. Seriously, Filipiniana? Baka pasayawin kami ng Cariñosa sa prom niyan. Haha kidding. Anyway, we decided na Classical European-ish ang theme namin. I tried defending na Hollywood ang theme but, hindi umubra. Okay lang naman ang theme. May naisip na ako na gown. Secret nalang kung ano. Wohoo. XD
Ok. Since I learn about stuff everyday, in every blog I make (or most para safe), maglalagay ako ng WHAT I LEARNED TODAY. It could be nerdy, gossip-y, whatever stuff. Anyway, here I go..
WHAT I LEARNED TODAY:
1. Photosynthesis has two stages - the light dependent reaction and the light independent reaction. So far, nasa light dependent pa lang ako ang may 2 systems pala yan - Photosystem I and Photosystem II. Seriously, ganyan pala kacomplex ang Photosynthesis? Anyway, akala ko it's like the leaves absorb sunlight, then they make food. Yan lang talaga pagkakaintindi ko. Tapos yung two Photosystems have different products. My gad ganito pala kanosebleed ang photosynthesis. Sa Photosystem II, it's ATP (adenosine triphospate. alam na namin yan. hehe). Sa Photosystem I, nosebleed mehn. It's NADPH. Short for NICOTINOMIDE ADENOSINE DINUCLEOTIDE PHOSPHATE. Ganyan pala kacomplex ang mga halaman. Sorry talaga sa pagiging ignorante ko.
2. Hindi daw tama gamitin ang term na 'bunganga' sa tao, dahil para sa hayop daw iyon. Hindi ko alam bakit pero, yun yun. Nagulat nga ako eh. Anyway, I hardly use the word 'bunganga' anyway kaya yun. Whatever. Haha.
3. Walang platform ang classroom namin dati, according to Ma'am GG. Di ko rin napansin yan dati ah. Hahaha.
4. Did you know na the Mayans (ata) also used the term 'kalabasa' for squash? Amazing noh. Sa pagkakaalam ko nasakop din sila ng mga Spaniards so, baka napasa sa atin ang 'kalabasa' from that. So amazing. XD
5. Pwedeng pang-ipit sa buhok ang paper clip! Want proof?

Kung meron man, sana malayo ang epicenter and sana di ganun kalakas na matutumba ang buildings at mamamatay ang mga tao. Hindi pa ako handa mamatay. Lord, PATAGALIN NIYO PA PO BUHAY KO PLEASE! Hahaha. Just hope and pray na hoax lang yung earthquake.
7. MISS VENEZUELA IS MISS UNIVERSE 2008. I'm not really surprise kase nabasa ko sa Guiness na Venezuela produced the most number of beauty queens ever. Ang Pilipinas, nakaproduce na ng dalawang Miss Universe and the last one was Margie Moran, and she had the title in, 1970 something? Basta yun. Matagal na din. Kaya, IAN G FOR MISS UNIVERSE NA PUD! Ok, you actually think I'm serious right? Hahaha. Sabi ni Ian G siya ang Diyosa ng Kagandahan eh so, I'm putting that to the test. Peace. XD

Sorry kung hindi clear. But if you were there, I'm sure na sasabihin niyo mala-Jaejin siya. Btw, I think he's Korean (duh).

I'm okay now. :)
Sa totoo lang, nagsisisi ako na nagdrama ako kahapon kase parang andami kong nadamay at nabuhusan nang inis. So sa mga carpoolmates ko, sorry talaga kung pa-O ako masyado kahapon. Naoverwhelm lang siguro ako with the stuff in my head kaya nagdrama and the like ako. But anyway, I'm ok now. At least nabuhos ko na lahat ng sama ng loob ko and eventually, I felt relieved na. Tska buti nalang nakapagsorry ako kay Chuck kase nasigawan ko siya habang nagdadrama ako. Yehey. XD
Actually, madrama din nangyari yesterday. Well, kinda lang. But it concerns me din kase nadamay din ang friends ko. To whoever told that account about what happened nung Saturday, sana naisip niya na ang paninira sa ginawa ng batchmates ko wouldn't satisfy her jealousy. If it did, ewan ko nalang paano. Being part of those who didn't go to the party, I have no idea what happened. But still, I think na ranting about (and maybe exaggerating? not sure about this ha) about sa nangyari sa party to the teachers dahil sa inggit isn't a good excuse. Ako inaamin ko na inggit ako na hindi ako nakapunta but seriously, she wasn't even there to actually see what happened diba? Sana maisip niya na what she did was wrong and, yeah, babalik din yan sa kanya. Sa mga batchmates ko, let her be. Matatauhan din siya. Sana things will be okay na.
HEHEHE. Anyway. Sabi ng mom ko nagkaearthquake daw kahapon. Hindi kaya totoo yung sa Friday? Ako inaamin ko na inggit ako na hindi ako nakapunta but seriously, she wasn't even there to actually see what happened diba? Sana maisip niya na what she did was wrong and, yeah, babalik din yan sa kanya. Sa mga batchmates ko, let her be. Matatauhan din siya. Sana things will be okay na.

Nakakatawa talaga na I actually found Wu Chun pogi. Seriously. Akala ko si Vanness Wu lang talaga ang Taiwanese na mapopogian ako but, there's Wu Chun! Hahaha. I'm not a big fan of Hana Kimi but I CANNOT BELIEVE MY MOM WATCHES HANA KIMI. And she told me pa nga yesterday na may Masters degree si Calvin Chen (whoever he is.. haha). Amazing noh? And kahapon nga my mom was humming Lovesick (oo yung kanta ng FT Island!). Una Soyogi, tapos ngayon Lovesick. Ano next? Can't wait. XD
